ABOUT

The Hills Honeys is a sector of One Less; a nonprofit founded to support and advocate for parents, children and resource providers in the Missouri Foster Care System. During the first year of conception; Founder Rinnie and her Bestie, Jessika were on a personal mission to posture their hearts to the servanthood God called them. They quickly found out that they were surrounded by opportunities of spreading the Lord’s fruit. From mothering their children, to listening to the Holy Spirit call in the quiet moments of life to making God’s word the top priority of their lives; it was clear that many women were in or had been in the trenches of trying to be everything to everyone in their lives. After attending The Grove Conference at Passion City Church and getting a glimpse of the Grove Girls; it was clear that God was calling them to create Branson’s very own sisterhood of women. From the women sitting at tables fighting for children in foster care to the women serving alongside them on Sunday mornings; there was a void of connection among women in Branson, MO. In 2024 they set out to create a sweet, inclusive group for women, by women. Now we are excited to share and invite you to; The Hills Honeys.

The meaning.

I lift my eyes up to THE HILLS— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

— Psalms 121: 1

Honey symbolizes God's gifts and grace as depicted in the Bible. It serves as a precious offering, a means to foster goodwill between individuals. Honey embodies pleasure, sweetness, truth, knowledge, divinity, richness, and abundance. These same qualities are inherent within women. By nurturing the best and sweetest attributes in each woman through connection, friendship, and love, we create a community where everyone can share and amplify sweetness in the world around us.

We believe that Jesus is fully God and perfectly man— that He died on the cross for our sins and was raised to new life. We believe in the Holy Trinity, affirming the biblical truth that there is One God existing eternally in three Persons: The Father, Son and Holy Spirit, each fully God. Because of these foundational truths, we believe in the power and beauty of God’s grace to save all people who are sinners separated from God. Our faith is our only response to the finished sacrifice of Jesus. By placing our trust in Him, God saves sinners and declares us righteous.
